When do I get my first screenshots?
Your first delivery will be the following Monday at 8 AM UTC. If you sign up on a Monday, you'll get it that same day (within a few hours).
What if I update my store mid-week?
Screenshots are taken once a week — every Monday. If you make a big change and want an immediate snapshot, let us know via email and we'll run it manually (no extra charge).
Does this work with password-protected stores?
Currently, only public (non-password-protected) Shopify stores are supported. If your store is in development mode, we can't access it.
Which product pages do you screenshot?
We crawl your store's sitemap and capture the homepage plus up to 10 product pages (highest in sitemap order). Need a specific selection? Email us after subscribing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel directly in Stripe — no emails, no forms. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then we stop sending screenshots.
I'm a developer — can I use the API directly?
Yes! This service is built on URLSnap's screenshot API. Developers can use the API directly from $9/mo on the Starter plan.
